Brangelina’s Stolen Baby Shower Pictures

Over the weekend, an rather interenting story had been developing over the published pictures from an event described as brangelina’s baby-shower, yeah Shilo’s baby shower…

The pictures (which can be found here and here), show Brad and Angelina at their utmost intimate moment of family joy and have been taken sometime prior to the birth of Shiloh (Angelina is still pregnant).
The pictures have since been removed due to a C&D email from the family’s attorneys. The email, written by a lawyer for the powerhouse law firm of Lavely & Singer, threatens that anyone who publishes the photos “will be liable for substantial compensatory damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief.”

The C&D reads:

Recently, a digital memory card containing a number of personal copyright protected photographs of our clients was stolen. The police are currently investigating this matter. The photos depict, among other things, private moments and images of our clients and/or their minor children, taken in Namibia, including images from a private baby shower (the “Stolen Photos”). It is obvious to anyone viewing the Stolen Photos that they were taken in private, on private property and that they could only have been taken by our clients and/or a family member, who own all right title and interest thereto.
